I must admit that I truly feel sorry for all of you that are supporting the government takeover of our health care industry. The reason that I “feel sorry” for all of you is that it must be difficult going through life not being able to take care of yourself and your family, depending on a non-functional government to take care of you must be both difficult and stressful. I could only imagine how difficult it is waiting for Obama to swoop in and solve your problems… I guess you all must have a great faith in Obama and government in general. Where this “faith in government” comes from I don’t know…

See I don’t have that problem. I, very willingly, take care of myself and my family. It is a very satisfying feeling to know that your and your family’s futures are in your hands and not the government’s. This, in of itself, can be stressful but I would take that stress any day over waiting for the fools in Washington tell me how to live my life.

Again, I feel sorry for all of you … most of you appear to be intelligent adults but yet you want to turn your future over to a group of government people to tell you how to live your lives and to basically take care of you… This I have absolutely no respect for… I cannot respect a man (or woman) who is capable of taking care of themselves but still turn their lives over to another human being… I see this as “worshiping” government … I found it to be much more fulfilling to worship God instead…

Depending on government, to me, is foolish. There are a lot of examples of how the government has not and does not run anything efficiently or ever satisfactory. The Social Security system is broken and well on the way to demise as well as Medicare … the stimulus / bail out is a disaster, things are getting worse in both Iraq and Afghanistan, the economy has not yet reached bottom (while Obama has spent more money in the first 6 months of his presidency then all the other presidents put together)… we see constant “gaffs” from Obama when he is not reading the teleprompter… I just don’t see how in the world anyone with any common and / or business sense can believe anything they say or have any trust in this administration…    

I could only imagine how helpless you feel while waiting for Obama to tell you what to do… how helpless you must feel to know that you need to be taken care of…. how helpless you must feel to wait for the Government to make sure that you’re OK… 

On another point, those of you that actually believe that the government will take care of you, need to understand one very important point… and that is … “we are the government”… The only place that Washington gets the money to take care of you is from people like me. Yes my dependent “friends”, you are expecting me to take care of you.

I don’t know how many of you Obama-care supporters have jobs, own businesses or pay taxes but I do all of those and I am giving up enough of my hard earned money to this totally incompetent group of fools in Washington and how dare you ask for more!!! I might as well flush my money down the toilet…  

See, my dependent “friends”, I am the “people” that actually worked their butt off their whole life building a business, a career and a bank account all while raising a family. Most of us did not have what we have given to us… we worked for every penny we have and now you somehow feel that because you have not done anything to improve yourself we must take care of you… and on top of this you actually demand that we do so…

Well my government dependent “friends” you can take your demands for me to take care of you and stick them where the “sun don’t shine”. How about you ask me for the money you want instead of demanding it and please be prepared for the answer ….

The answer will be “go take care of yourself!” I have absolutely no problem taking care of those who truly need it… those that are infirm, truly disabled, disabled veterans, disadvantaged children and the elderly. When I see people that appear to be in good health, able to get around (and therefore able to work) shouting at a meeting and demanding that the government (meaning me) take care of their healthcare (or them in general) it is sickening and for this I truly feel sorry for you.

I grew up in a small coal mining town of Pennsylvania and by no means were we rich. We barely got through life and my parents worked as hard as they could to provide for us. I made it into college and paid for it by working a full time job. I continually educated myself throughout my life and worked very hard to be the best I could be at what I did.

I did not wait for someone to take care of me and because of this I am one of those “hated rich people” that everyone thinks should foot the bill for all of this government. I thank my parents for instilling in me this desire, the desire to succeed and to be independent. My family did not have much money, in fact we were poor by most standards but my father did not accept one cent of government money. We did not have money but we had a good family, we had encouragement and in this we were “rich”. The lessons I learned as a kid in the coal region were better then any I ever learned in all of the colleges I attended.

So, my government dependent “friends”… how about you go look in the mirror and you’ll see one of two things… the first can be a sad shell of a person that actually needs the government (meaning me) to take care of you or you may see something different … you may look into that mirror and see an intelligent, capable person that wants to be successful and therefore knows that he must take responsibility for himself and his family.

I hope and pray that you see the second person… as the second person is someone who will be respected by those in their lives, someone who will be a leader in their community and someone that will rise above adversity and succeed anyway… once you see that second person in the mirror you will then understand how I can say that I feel sorry for that “other person”… you know that person that is incapable of taking care of themselves even though they really are capable people. It’s a sad life to be dependent by choice and, again, I feel sorry for you.

It is a choice… you choose everyday … are you someone who needs to be taken care of or are you someone who can take care of themselves… the second option is better… the more responsibility you take for where you are the sooner you will be where you want to be…

Again, Obama-care supporters start looking at the facts… try to put your emotion aside for a few minutes and look at the “big picture” … it really is not adding up… you cannot spend yourself out of debt and you cannot be everything to everyone … it just don’t add up… look at the data…  no where in the world where this type of government run, socialistic healthcare exists is it working…. I lived and worked in Europe for 3 years and I was part of their system... believe me it does not work…  

So stop the blind emotion and see the facts… this is a mistake and the majority of American’s know it…

So now I hear that those of us that are exercising our 1^st Amendment right of free speech are some how un-American. I heard us being called stupid, radical, Nazi’s and terrorists!

This was from our esteemed elected officials on the left as well as the ultimate hypocrite the mighty Obama. What in the name of GOD is going on? I remember the extreme hatred of President Bush from the left and we were lectured about (you remember the bumper sticker) “dissent is the highest form of patriotism” … remember that!! We all I have to say to the fools on the left is … how does if feel!

We must not be discouraged by these desperate statements from the liberals (including the media). We need to up the attack and continue to speak out as loudly as possible. We need to continue to confront these idiots that are trying to take over American and turn it into France! Socialism is socialism no matter what that fool says it is.

I love those liberals that call us stupid… when I hear that I personally challenge any of them to a face to face debate on the facts. I am an intelligent, highly educated, very successful individual and I believe that Obama, his administration and his supporters (less and less of them daily) want to change the fabric of America. I believe that they actually hate what America stands for and will do there best to destroy our country. All you have to do is do a little research on Obama and especially the people he surrounds himself with (the Czar’s for example).

You’ll find things like the Science Czar (I don’t recall his name) but the so called “scientist” (and I use the term loosely) actually has stated publicly that a child is not a child until he / she is a few years old and that he would see no issue with what I call the “post birth” abortion… this is purely disgusting and to have an animal like this in a position of power in the government is a disgrace … and they call us Nazi’s … maybe they need to read some history (but it would not fit their agenda so it won’t happen). I encourage you to research and read about the “scum” that this fool has surrounding him. You will be very surprised when you find out whom and what they believe and these are Obama’s trusted advisors. 

I welcome a face to face debate with any of them… lets see if they can “feel” their way through a debate with someone as “stupid” as me. I would love the chance to tear the fools a “new one”… Unfortunately, as I have stated many times in this column, those on the left are at their core cowards… and cowards will not step up and fight for what they believe, they will call you names and ridicule you once you leave the room but will remain silent in your presence. This is why they don’t have the guts to face us in a town hall meeting. They’ll use a bunch of excuses and say that we’re Nazi’s but they will not stand up and defend their position, why…. because it is indefensible.

Here in upstate New York I recently heard that our representative Scott Murphy (a tried and true liberal coward) got brow beat at a public gathering on healthcare and his statement the next day was “the public supports healthcare reform”… this fool will lie and say something to support his position even though the people he represents openly oppose it.

I saw a few polls recently (I’m not a big poll person but this was overwhelming) and the results were like 60% - 70% against Obama-care. What’s the issue ... isn’t it clear that the public does not want this. I certainly don’t, I’m one of the 85% of Americans that have a great healthcare package and I don’t want the idiots in the government to “screw it up” like they have every other program that they run.

Like I said previously… when I hear Obama talking about how this is all made up and that “nothing will change” with our current healthcare system I just do not believe him and I certainly do not trust him. I don’t know how he can say anything about it… there is no bill on the table yet… but there was all of this rush to pass it but the bill did not even exist.

Personally I am inspired when I see an elderly person speaking up at a town hall meeting, telling the liberals that they DO NOT want the government to take over health care, it comes down to simple arithmetic … where the hell is the money going to come from. It will come from the rationing of care and the elderly (our parents) will pay for it by being denied healthcare because they have already “lived full lives” (and the government will kindly offer end of life counseling). Our parents will suffer so Obama can provide healthcare for illegal aliens and their families (so he can get their votes once he makes them all legal). This is not a scare tactic… it is the truth!

How do you add 40M people (I don’t really believe there is 40M people without health care but that is the number the fools on the left throw around) to the government healthcare system without adding doctors, where is the money going to come from to pay for all of this.. The CBO (congressional budget office an independent group that assesses the cost of government spending) says that Obama-care will cost over $1Trillion…

This means that America will continue to borrow 100’s of billions of dollars from China 

(we’re already in debt to the Chinese to the tune of $800B) and we will continue to tax the daylights out of the working class. You know … us rich people … those of us that work for a living!

I see that the top 10% of all wager earners are paying like 80% of the taxes… where is it going to end. Will it take those of us that are paying for this insanity to stop working? Maybe we need to take a year off and not pay our taxes and see what happens. We need to stop the bleeding, unfortunately, for me and probably you, we are the kind of people that refuse to be taken care of and we will continue to work hard and succeed in spite of the government taking our hard earned money and giving it to illegal aliens and the significant portion of our population that are dependent by choice (meaning too lazy or stupid to take care of themselves).

This has got to stop and we need to tell them (the liberals) that this is our country and they work for us. We need to continue to “get in their face” and speak as loudly as we can and please don’t stop … speak up and continue to do so. Write letters to your Senators and Representatives write letters to the editor in your local paper attend town hall meetings and speak up. Don’t be intimidated by them or their paid supporters. I challenge any of them to tell me to “shut up”… they can go straight to hell!

This is my country, I worked hard for what I have and I refuse to have those socialists take it and give to those that made a choice to be dependent. I am one of the “rich folks” that Obama talks about and I am not going to sit back and watch our country, the country that I supported my whole life, the country that my family fought for get destroyed by some fool of a community organizer that is so in over his head is it almost comical. Unfortunately the consequences are too great to laugh about it.

However, I need to mention…. Watching the little “man child” Obama get so upset because we are not all cheering him with chants of “yes we can” and see him get a real dose of reality is funny. This great speech maker is reduced to cry baby stints blaming everyone but himself and getting flustered because it is becoming evident… he is nothing more then a small minded liberal that actually believes the “rules for radicals” crap he was taught in college. He is now learning what it is to be a real American, we are strong, self sufficient, rugged individuals that do not need or do we want to government to take care of us and we are willing to fight for what we believe. I saw this young woman on TV the other night and she confronted Arlen Spector (ex-Republican and now a limp Democrat) and she said a very important thing… “you have awaken a sleeping giant”… and this is true… there are people that have never been involved in politics getting up and speaking out… this needs to continue and it must not stop.

We do not want the might Obama to reach down and give us a hand out… we want him to go back to where ever he came from and get the government the hell out of our lives.

So …. Stay active, stay vocal and stay involved. Remember we cannot let up… we need to take this right to November 2010 and get these gutless liberals out of the government. We need to vote the incumbents out and the best thing we can do it vote in local people the represent what we stand for…. We need people to represent us that actually represent our voice, our beliefs and our attitudes.

We’ll be attending the Hannity Freedom Concert in New Jersey this weekend and from there take a week of vacation. We’ll enjoy being with several thousand like minded people at the concert and it will be good to see our friends there… It is impressive to see the amount of people there … if Congress believes that America supports them they should stop by and I think they’ll see a different picture.

Remember, we are the majority and we need to act like it. This means that we need to fight for what we believe and not let up until we win …. And we will win!!! …. I have faith in America and especially the American people.

One last thing and it is something that I need to comment Obama on… he has proved that he is absolutely a great community organizer and the events of the last couple of weeks prove it…. By his attempt to take over the best healthcare system in the world and turn it into a second rate system much like Europe and Canada he organized a vast group of people, many of them who have never been involved in the past to stand up and voice their opinion in regards to their opposition to his plans… Obama is clearly much better as a community organizer then President… Hey… you got to give credit where credit is due…

Why do you think Obama is attempting to rush his health care bill through congress? The answer is simple, the more you look at it the more you’ll see that it is nothing more then another tax bill that will continue to cripple our sinking economy. It’s a bill that will destroy our current health care system and in its place will be a system run by a bunch of incompetent fools from Washington.

This is no different from the “all important” stimulus bill and the “oh so very important” cap and trade bill… neither of those bills were ever read but were passed by the Democrat controlled congress without any thought or debate. This is criminal as far as I’m concerned. To vote on such an important bill without reading it should be grounds for dismissal from congress or at least a very good reason to be voted out of office.

The cap and trade bill was presented, all 1200 pages of it only a day or so before the vote and on top of that there was a 300 page amendment added only hours before the vote. What ever happened to all of the “openness” that was promised by Obama. Remember during the campaign he said that all bills would be posted on the internet for 30 days so that the entire country could review them before there was a vote. What ever happened to that?

What happened was Obama figured out that we American’s are too smart for that and those of us that would actually read the bills would see that those bills were just another way for the government to continue to foolishly spend our money. The result would be a larger and larger government whose purpose is to control our daily lives.

I don’t know about you but I do not need the likes of Obama, Pelosi, Reed or Charlie Schumer telling me how to live my life. I don’t believe that any of those fools have enough brains to balance a checkbook so why in the world would anyone even care what they think let alone have them make these critical decisions.  

Let’s look at some facts (I know that you liberals will have a hard time with this but please do your best to follow along... I’ll try and make it as simple as I can)… Let’s look at the “all important” stimulus bill… you know the one, the one that would keep unemployment from reaching 8% (but only if it was passed immediately)… well it was passed immediately and lets see where the unemployment rate went… well it’s not at 8% it’s at 9.5% and rising! I said it’s 9.5% and rising… every account says that it will top off at over 10%.... It’s even worse then that in some Democrat controlled states now.

It looks like the mighty Obama must have been … wrong!!!! Yes people the great and all knowing Obama was wrong! I know it’s all really George Bush’s fault (I did hear that he was going around the country laying off workers) but the real fact is that the Obama administration does not have a clue when it comes to our economy. They can’t seem to figure out that you cannot borrow your way out of debt! Hey, they’re liberals and we all know that liberals are not that smart (but they do have very deep concern in regards to how they feel). I wonder if you can “feel” your way out of a depression!

I don’t see any signs that the stimulus is having any positive effect … plenty of negative ones, like the tripling of our deficit and the growing tax burden on America but so far I don’t see any positive effects…

How about this… lets see if Obama can actually get at least some of it right before we turn our health care system over to him. It looks like we are headed in the exact wrong direction on the economy so why in the world would you want him to “fix” health care.

Don’t fall for the “must do something now” line of garbage… that’s what got the stimulus shoved down our throats and that’s what got the cap and trade bill shoved up the other end…

Let’s not allow this to happen again… we need to slow down and think this through. There is no crisis and there is no urgency… that is just a simple tactic for those that want government to take control of every aspect of your life to do so. I say let’s wait to see if we can figure out a way to let the economy settle (perhaps by the government doing nothing…) before we attack another staple of America and that is free choice in regards to health care.

Remember, the left in this country hate what America stands for because we stand for individual rights, liberty and freedom of choice. We are rugged individuals and have the desire to be self sufficient. It is the left in this country that cannot tolerate us because they are incapable of being self sufficient because to be self sufficient to must be hard working, brave and intelligent and most (if not all) on the left are dependent on the government to take care of them. What’s the old saying…. Misery loves company! Please remember that we are the majority and the left is just the vocal minority!

I say “slow down there Obama”… lets see if you know what you’re doing first. So far it is not going well… the economy continues to tank, we are seeing an increase in terrorist activity, we’re seeing a captive American on TV pleading for his life, we’re seeing more and more aggressive activity from North Korea and you could go on... On top of this we’re seeing the poll numbers for Obama plummet … more people strongly oppose Obama then strongly support him (it’s about time America woke up).

Again, urge your congress person to slow down… let’s not let these foolish liberals destroy our healthy care system just like they did the economy. Hopefully the cap and trade bills dies on the vine since that will even further destroy small business in America.

Don’t fall for the latest “crisis” … you’re too smart for that. Think about it and make your own decisions… look at the facts and don’t get caught up in the hype.

On another note… I saw a bumper sticker the other day, do you remember the “Got Hope” bumper stickers …  this one had a second line under it… it said….

“Got Hope… Not Anymore”…

It’s a disgrace to even put those two names together but it’s the topic of this column… One of those named above is a high class, intelligent, accomplished professional with a great deal of experience, someone who has a good sense of what they believe and stand for and someone who has garnered the praise and respect of millions and millions of Americans and the other is simply a high paid clown.

In reality it would be impossible for me to care any less then I already do about Letterman. I don’t recall in recent memory watching him, I’m too mature to laugh at stupid so called jokes and probably would not recognize the guests he has on and I have no interest in watching him now.

So what is all the outrage about …  I could say … so what… why do we care about what some mindless fool thinks about Sara Palin… well I believe that the issue is much deeper then Letterman. Letterman is just the latest in a series of hate filled attacks on those of us that believe in God, America and the American culture. These attacks come from our “open minded, diversity loving, culturally sensitive, peace loving” left. These same liberals that will be outraged because someone who has a deep faith based opposition to gay marriage think it’s OK to call that person a “stupid bi**h”, a “sl*t” and talk about a 14 year old girl getting “knocked up”…. Where is the outrage about this? Well don’t hold your breath… there will be no outrage from the left or big media. The outrage will however come from people like me… people that speak for the millions of us that have a sense of what is right and what is wrong.

Allow me to say this very clearly… I don’t want to be misunderstood… those people on the left are “SCUM” … allow me to repeat it… those people on the left who think what is being said about Sara and Miss California is OK are … “SCUM”! 

These so called “caring people” are nothing but ignorant fools. I found it funny that not one so called “woman’s group” came to the support of these woman. I guess better late then never NOW put out a very week statement that was an embarrassment. This so called woman’s group should be renamed to the National Organization of Liberal Woman since it only supports woman who think it’s OK to kill their unborn children… or maybe it should be renamed to the “National Organization of Woman Who Think It’s OK to Kill Their Babies” … there you go… the NOWWTIOKTB… that’s a more descriptive title.

I’m sure I’ll be getting all of the regular objections to my “outrageous” statement above… those loving words I usually get from the left… you know those kind words that support the left’s commitment to diversity of thought and open mindedness… words like “hate” “die” “kill” and a lot more that I won’t publish… all of those words that truly tell the story of what the left is all about.

In reality we all know what the left is all about… it’s about supporting an agenda that separates America into classes and drives class hatred… the hatred of those of us that have strong faith, hatred of those of us that believe that we know what’s best for ourselves and our families, hatred for those of us that expect all of us to work for a living and take care of ourselves, hatred for those of us that believe that an unborn baby is a living soul and not an inconvenience, hatred of those who work and pay the taxes, hatred for those of us that worship GOD instead of government. 

That is description of the left in America today. These people are not the Democrats of the past…. People like Hubert Humphrey, John Kennedy and Martin Luther King would be appalled by what is going on today and those people would probably be called right wing Nazi’s by the current crop of left wing hate mongers. These people are working to destroy the fabric of America by spreading hatred and fear.

This latest series of attacks on Sara Palin is evidence of their hatred of what we stand for… to have some openly gay beauty pageant judge call Miss California a “stupid bi**h” because she expressed her beliefs, beliefs that are supported by 70% of the people in California, is disgusting… this “person” should be thrown out of what ever that person does for a living… I don’t know how a “professional gay” person makes as a living but that “person” is not fit to be an American …. That person should be “spat upon” in public and pointed out as the fool that “person” is. If you agree with those statements you are as much as a fool as that “person” is. I say we send him to Iran, we all know what those peace loving Iranians think of gay people… perhaps he could go there and help them with their diversity issue, maybe bring the light of “tolerance” to them since he seems to hate those of us that defend the American way of life. 

I truly hope that some of you are offended by what I just said… if so please explain to me (and everyone else that reads this) why it’s OK to disparage Miss California but not to disparage some idiot who makes that hateful statement. I thought all of you on the left believed in tolerance and open mindedness… oh… only if you agree with them … I see… so they are only tolerant of those that agree… that’s an interesting definition of tolerance…

It shows the “spoiled” childlike nature of the left… they believe that they can say anything and not be held accountable for it but if you respond (like I just did) you crossed the line… they believe that they are “above” us and that we deserve this abuse… in reality we need to fire right back and get right into their faces… yes the big media will support their right to free speech at the same time calling us out of line… I ask; who made them the monitor of free speech… I say hit back often and hard! Remember at the core of every liberal is a coward… a coward that is ill equipped to defend their indefensible position. They depend on calling us hate mongers and racist…. We can no longer fear these weak attacks and go on the offensive.

I say we call them out on every occasion… the big media will never get it but the American people are smarter then that …. The American people know what is right. We can no longer remain silent… we need to get vocal and speak our beliefs loudly… tell the mindless fools on the left to go straight to hell and say it to their faces… do that and watch them melt… watch them cry and watch them cower in the corner in fear… once we leave they will attack us behind our backs, like the cowards they are, but don’t let that stop us… we need to stand up for what we believe and say it loudly.

On a more basic note… I would love to see that gutless fool Letterman get off of his private estate, get out of his limo and “hang out” with some regular folks… like me… perhaps he could come out and ride a Harley with me and a few of my friends… maybe we’ll invite Sara’s husband (and father of the girls Letterman was talking about)… I say we take a ride out to one of the gathering places we usually ride to and Dave could “explain” his remarks to Todd Palin… that should be good! Let’s set up a “chat” between an oil rig worker from Alaska and some spineless coward who thinks that it’s funny to make jokes about his 14 year old daughter getting “knocked up” …. Now that would be fun!!! I say film the “discussion” and sell it on pay per view…

How much would you pay to see a gutless coward cry like a baby! ....  well… not that much… I guess you could see that any day on NBC or MSNBC… sorry bad idea… not the “discussion” between Todd and Dave … the pay per view event....

Stand up and speak out for what you believe… we are the ones who speak for the real America… that’s why they say we’re on the “RIGHT”!!!

Let’s see… the mighty Obama has quadrupled the deficit by trying to fix the economy and we have 9.4% unemployment and by all accounts it is going to get worse. States like California and New York are nearing financial ruin even with all of the stimulus money. We have the government taking over car companies and it looks like it’s only going to get worse for them by being forced by the government to build small unsafe cars that nobody wants to buy to solve a problem that does not exist (man made global warming).

We have the banks wanting to return the stimulus money because they don’t like the “rules” imposed on them by the government and we have a lot of states (Alaska and Louisiana for example) telling the Federal Government to “keep their money” because they don’t want to submit to the “rules” imposed by Obama if they take that money.

We have Obama, a person who never actually had a real job, telling executives how much money they can earn… who’s next, maybe you or me.

We heard how Obama was going to close Gitmo and now “his” congress will not provide the money to do it. We have sworn terrorists who have killed Americans and they are being treated like shoplifters by getting their “American” rights read to them. We heard that, contrary to the mighty Obama’s statements, the war in Iraq and Afghanistan will be getting bigger as opposed to smaller as he promised.  

We have a national security disaster in the making with North Korea shooting off more and more missiles and our response is “we will not use force to stop this”… we have the Iranians moving towards nuclear capabilities with Obama’s blessing.  

We can’t forget how well the Social Security system is working … aren’t we well on our way to the system being bankrupt… how about our “so efficient” welfare system… another model of total government failure…

So with all of this FAILURE around us … do we really want them to now take over our health care system… I think not! Let’s leave well enough alone. I don’t know about you but my health care is just fine. I have an employee based health care plan where the cost is shared by me and my employer… so please do not “mess with” my health care. I really don’t see all of the health care crisis that Obama keeps talking about…. Isn’t there Medicaid for those that are poor and, at least in New York (where I live), there is a state run Health Care Plus program for adults and children that are not covered under another plan. The only people in NY that do not have health care are those that choose not to have it.

I took advantage of this NY program many years ago when I was a self employed consultant.  I bought into this program and the cost was only about $170 month. I got a pretty good basic plan and it worked for me well. Doesn’t this provide coverage for everyone? I also understand that there is a “sliding scale” in regards to the cost of the program and that children may be covered free.

Why do we need a federal program to do what the sates are already doing? I say we don’t and if we did the last place in the world where I would like to see it run is by the Fed’s… What have they done in recent memory that shows that they can do anything well or right? They haven’t so why in the world would we American’s want them to ruin our health care system like they ruined everything else they tried to do.    

We need to stop this “have to fix it immediately” crap… it’s a tactic used by socialists to insist that there is a crisis and if we don’t fix it now we’ll all suffer. That was the tactic used to drive the stimulus down our throats and we all can see how that is working. In regards to the stimulus if we did nothing and let capitalism take its own course we would be in a much better place economically. Lets not make the same mistake with Health Care… it is too critical to have a bunch of political motivated fools tell us how to take care of ourselves. I know what medical needs me and my family have and I do not need the government taking care of us.

Based on what I said above they (the government) have not proved any capability to do anything right or well and you have to be a damm fool to think that the government can do this! It is a recipe for disaster!

I know the socialists health care system … I lived and worked in Europe for 3 years in the 90’s. I had over 50 European employees and I heard first hand how poor the health care was there. It was a rationing system where the government, NOT YOU AND YOUR DOCTOR, made the decisions as to what specialists you need to see or what surgery you were going to get. When I first moved to Ireland I got a strep infection and I asked one of my collogues about going to the doctor, he told me that I could go to the “clinic” (in America that would be the emergency room) or get “good treatment” and go to one of the “private Doctors” who also works outside the government system.

His opinion was that he (or his family) would never go to the government run medical system and he sent me to one of the many “black market” Doctors in Dublin. I took advantage of this and got excellent care. I spoke to the Doctor I visited and she did not paint a very good picture of the government controlled medical system. I paid her cash and got the medication I needed without any hassles. I got in 30 minutes what she said could have takes days or even weeks to get at the clinic.

So I have first hand experience with the European socialist’s health care system and it does not work, even the doctors in the system didn’t care for it. I have many other stories that I heard from my employees there and I do not remember any of them being positive.

We have the greatest Health Care system in the world and I do not care what spin we hear from Washington… this is not a crisis and we do not need to fix it immediately. How about we see if these idiots in Washington can get anything right before we allow them to screw up our health care. There is no need to act quickly!

On a personal note, as a diabetic I am a large consumer of health care and I know what works for me and what does not. I have a strong relationship with the doctor I choose and I pay him out of pocket and submit my bills to the insurance company myself. I am in total control of my health care and I like it this way. I do not need some idiot in the government tell me how to treat my diabetes; I am smart enough to take care of myself.

Be careful… or we’ll have a bunch of government cronies telling you how to take care of your family. God help us if that happens!

It’s about time we as Americans demand that the absolute disgrace of a Speaker step down. Her comments regarding the CIA lying to her and Congress are disgraceful. This absolute fool of a woman is 2 steps away from the Presidency and she has made outrageous statements regarding the CIA and our intelligence community in general. She has not proved or justified any of them and has not even apologized for them and we Americans are giving her a pass on this!

 

I can remember when Trent Lott made a simple flattering statement at Strom Thurman’s 100^th birthday party about how America would be a better place if Strom was elected President (I believe that he ran in 1948) and since he, at one time in the past, supported segregation this statement was somehow seen as “outrageous” and the “powers to be” in the Democrat party insisted that he step down.

 

Trent, trying to “be sensitive”, agreed to step down. Now we have the Speaker of the House lying to America and no one is upset about this…. That is an outrage. I saw this poor excuse for an intelligent person at her many press conferences and it was an embarrassment. To see her squirm like a cheating child was sad. She did not have the sense to stop talking. The more she spoke the deeper the hole she dug.

 

So what did she do … she disappeared to China and all of her Democrat friends ran cover for her. This is a “double standard” in spades and it has to stop. When will we as Americans decide that enough is enough and demand some accountability for her actions. Words mean something and this absolute fool of a “so called” congress person is out of her league.

 

I heard the former speaker, Newt Gingrich, call for her to step down and what we got from the media was attacks on Newt. I would not take 10 Pelosi’s for 1 Newt. I say that we call for a detailed investigation into these statements and look into who lied and when. Isn’t she the person that said that she was going to “clean up” congress! Well she should start with herself and kick her own behind own of there.

 

These statements have undermined our intelligence community for the sake of making an incompetent fool like her save her face… again this is a disgrace and should not go unpunished … she must account for her statement and she should have a opportunity to explain herself in front of the American people by being questioned by someone who has the best interest of our country as their top priority.

 

As far as I see it this will never be resolved… this fool will say whatever she wants and nothing will be done about it… if you saw all the press conferences (like I did) it is obvious that she is incompetent and she is a liar… her “performance” was a disgrace and I certainly hope that this idiot is not the best person we have to run the House of Representatives.

 

It truly frightens me to think that we have an inexperienced “man child” as President, an absolute clown as Vice President and an incompetent liar as Speaker.

 

Really America….. we can easily do better then this! Get out there and get involved… these idiots are destroying our country and it’s time to stand up and be counted. Stand up for what is right and do your part. We need to stop these fools before it’s too late.

 

I have a great respect for America and what it stands for and I will do everything in my power to keep America great and the first thing that must be done is to unite against these socialists fools and drive them back to Woodstock or San Francisco or where ever they came from.

 

Take a look at the recent elections in the EU… the Left got massacred and the Right is going to be in power big time. They are realizing that the socialist way of life has destroyed Europe both financially and morally and they are changing direction very hard.

 

We must do the same here… let’s learn from what Europe has experienced…. We can stop this but we need to unite and stand up for America.

 

If we get out, get involved and get vocal we can stop this insanity. Call your congress person and write letters to your newspaper. Find the truth and not the spin… watch FOX News and then you decide what is right… don’t listen to opinion… find the facts and make your own decisions…

Remember … worship GOD not government and watch what they do not what they say!!  

It’s been a while since I updated the site with my “wisdom”... I took some time off, needed to recharge my batteries and like many of us out here I do have a job and I needed to spend some time on that… anyway we went to Washington DC a few weeks back, wanted to see the nations capitol before it’s not safe enough to go there anymore. We wanted to see some of the sites. It was a nice few days and it was good to reconnect with America. It’s good to be back into the “rat race”. I missed writing my views and hopefully you missed them too.

Well it sure does not look like it’s getting any better out there! Let’s see... unemployment at 9.4% … a 25 year high! I thought that the mighty Obama said a few months back that if we don’t pass the stimulus bill immediately we could see unemployment as high as 9%... well the stimulus bill was passed (remember we quadrupled the deficit overnight) and it looks like it DIDN’T WORK! So what are we going to do now… push through even more stimulus money?

What’s the definition of insanity … doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! Well this is insane.. I heard that he’s going to dump a lot more money in saving or creating 600k jobs… what ever happened to the 3M jobs he was going to save or create with the stimulus? Guess he gave up on that so he set his sights a bit lower... Lets see we spend $2T to save 600k jobs... what’s that ... about $3M per job… still don’t make sense... remember we started with spending $500k to save a job a few months back and now it’s $3M…

I got only one question… so we get all of this money this year to create all of these jobs… OK, so what happens next year? Are the jobs lost? Is the deficit still there? Yes! Where is all of this money going to come from… great we spend a few Trillion an save a couple of million jobs this year… Where does the money come from to save the jobs next year? We’re not creating private sector jobs, these are not self sustaining jobs they are government created jobs and once the government stops providing the money for them the jobs are gone! Does this make any sense to you! If you are reading this probably not. 

This guy and the people he has surrounding him are clueless... I don’t think we could find 10 cents worth of brains or experience among all of them. This is not going to get any better and we have a “state run” media cheering him all the way to the poor house.

The only way to turn this around and it not too late YET… is to do what was done in the past… get the damm government out of our lives and out of our way. As recently as the 80’s (under President Regan) we recovered from the giant mess the peanut farmer got us into by cutting taxes and cutting regulation and letting business grow. This created all of the jobs we needed and the economy grew at a staggering pace. We created private sector self sustaining jobs the only jobs that make sense… jobs that are not funded by the government. We are now doing the exact opposite of that yet these idiots in Washington think for some unknown reason this will make a difference… unfortunately it will make a difference but in the wrong direction. This is not going to get better anytime soon…

No we’re hearing the latest crisis… “if we don’t fix health care immediately” we'll all die! What is it with all of these crises … everything is a crisis… and we need the mighty Obama to swoop in and take care of all of us… I say hold on there! Let’s see if what we’re doing makes any sense and let’s see if it works.

So far he’s not doing so well… Lets take all of the Obama charm out of it and look at the facts, the facts are is that we’re going farther and farther into debt and farther and farther into economic meltdown… just look at the numbers, deficits are ballooning, unemployment at a 25 year high, the states (like NY where I live) are going under and the tax burden is increasing and we just began the tax increases. I say we wait until we see how well what we’ve done so far works before we go any further. This is not the strategy that is being used… instead it’s full ahead into the wall or over the water fall…

This is what happens when a totally inexperienced community organizer is elected to the highest office in the world by a bunch of emotional idiots in a formally great country. This is what happens when we have a media that is biased in a way that puts ideology over journalism and this is what happens when we have a population too busy updating their twitter or face book accounts to spend a few minutes to learn what is really going on in America.

What is going on is not good! We are fast becoming a second class country and the liberals are happy about it! These people hate what this country stands for and if we do not defeat them we will loose what we and our parents worked so hard for. We’re loosing the greatest country on earth because a bunch of spoils fools that do not have a clue what America is all about want to have it their way. They still believe “all it takes is love” and unfortunately while they’re singing that song the North Koreans are shooting missiles off over their heads but “that doesn’t matter” since we’re going to close Gitmo and once we do that everyone in the world will love us and our savior…. Yea sure!

The economy is not going to get any better so hold on to your hats and wallets… I say buy guns and gold and get ready for the end of America as we know it.

Remember the only way we can prevent this is for all of us and I mean every one of us to get out there and get vocal. We need to tell these adolescent fools that they can take their liberalism and their socialism and stick it where the “sun don’t shine”. What they are trying to do was tried too many times (in the Soviet Union, Cuba, Venezuela and France) and it didn’t work then and will not work now. We are American’s and this “one world” crap is a formula for disaster.

Confront these fools and tell them that this is enough and let’s take our country back. Take a look at what’s happening in Europe now… it looks like the conservative movement is going strong and there is a very good chance that the liberal / socialist are going to be thrown out of office… too late, most of the damage has already been done and it will take years for the course to be reversed. They got tired of having the productive, hard working people pay for the lazy non productive people and they got tired of the government telling them how to live their lives.

We better move quickly before it’s too late here. Get involved and speak out. If you’re in the Albany NY area (like I am) there is a “March on Albany” on Tuesday 6/16. This is another rally so get out there and support this effort. We in NY are getting screwed (almost as bad as you poor SOB’s in California) so we need to stop this insanity locally first.

Vote all of them out of office and vote for people that know what their doing. We can stop this but we need to act.

I had it with this guy! Obama is traveling the world making statements that are not in line with what America stands for. It is apparent that he does not believe that he is an American… he is clearly a global government advocate and he must be stopped. His “one world government” belief is extremely dangerous and if we allow it, this will lead to a fundamental change in America, a change from what makes America a great country. He has made the following statements:

America is not a Christian Nation: This is 100% wrong. If you read the words of the founding fathers you would see that this country was founded on Christian / Judeo principles. Read our Constitution and it clearly states that our country was founded “Under GOD”. Look at the money in your pocket; it clearly states “In GOD we trust”. I believe that Obama knows what made America great and is knowingly trying to change the American culture… he is wrong, America will survive and it is those that don’t believe this that are the ones that will be disgraced. It is only a matter of time.

I used to say that Obama does not know what he is doing and now I truly believe that he does know exactly what he’s doing… he is knowingly tearing down what made America a very special country and this “trader” is doing all he can to make America a second class country and he must be stopped. He is “looking up” to Europe and this is a disgrace since Europe would not exist as it is today if it was not for America.

Obama was in Europe and he apologized for America being an arrogant country…. This is sickening! Who does he think he is… he is nothing more than a gutless liberal trader and should be tried for treason. We have no reason to apologize to anyone… just because Obama is a weak person does not mean that America is weak. I am sickened to hear this fool apologize to a group of countries that would no longer be in existence if it was not for America, we saved them from themselves during WWII. God rest my Father since I am glad that he did not live long enough to hear this coward, my Father spent a great deal of his life in service to this country starting in WWII. He was there from the first day of the war until long after it ended. If I listen closely I think I could hear my Father spitting in this cowards face. Unfortunately he will never meet Obama since my Father is with God and I really do not believe that this coward will ever get there.

He has made the statement that “America is not at war with Islam” … no one ever said that were at war with Islam… but that does not mean that we will not defend ourselves from the terrorists that want to kill us. They want to kill all of us not just the Republicans, they don’t care who we voted for they want all of us dead. If you don’t believe this just listen to what the militant Muslims are saying. They make it very clear and this coward is out there apologizing to the world. If he knew anything about the culture of those that want us dead he would understand that this is a sign of weakness in their eyes and they have absolutely no respect for weakness. He is inviting an attack and it is only a matter of time until we do get attacked again.

We see that North Korea just launched a missile and our response was to talk to the UN. Yea… that will do a lot of good. Isn’t there already a “resolution” that prohibits North Korea from doing this? What’s the UN going to do, pass another 15 resolutions while the North Korean’s continue to develop their missile capabilities? We’ll wait until more innocent lives are lost and then there will be all of this “outrage” and more UN resolutions but the innocent people will still be dead. The complete inaction of the Obama administration to this aggressive move by the North Koreans is a disgrace and simply proves that he is not focused on what is best for America and is more worried about his popularity in the world. We need a President that has the American people as his first priority and not worry about how popular he is in Europe.

The disgrace of all of this is that a few hours before the North Korean launch Obama announced to the world that he will lead the world in a global elimination of nuclear weapons… apparently the North Korean dictator don’t agree and showed his position by launching a missile a few hours later. This demonstrated how foolish and ignorant Obama is. This fool thinks he is so powerful that just because he says something the world will listen, well Mr. Obama it looks like it doesn’t work that way. I believe that those in the world that want to wipe American off the map are smiling at him but in reality they are laughing at him and America for being so foolish to elect this amateur. Unfortunately it is getting more and more dangerous and we have a President that does not understand the “ways of the world”.     

It is foolish liberal “crap” like this that will allow the world to loose respect for America and once that happens that is no telling what will happen. Obama went to Europe and apologized to the world for our arrogance and what did he get in return. He came home with nothing, no help from the Europeans in Iraq, no help from the European on the global economic situation and, of course, we’ll hear from the “lap dog” media how successful the trip was.

Again, this is not good! We are fast on our way to a real disaster, a disaster that, due to the Obama administration, we will not be prepared for. What I am saying is that we all should prepare for another attack. An attack just like 9/11 and I pray to God that it does not happen but I believe that it will, it is just a matter of time.

So what do we do? We have to get out there and let the government know that we will not let this happen. We need to flood our congressmen with letters, emails and calls voicing our opposition to this fundamental change in America that is being attempted. This administration is attempting to take over America! Remember in our Constitution it clearly states “government for the people by the people” this means that the government works for us and we are not “subjects” of the government we are the government. Obama clearly does not believe this and will take over our lives if we allow him to. Again, this must be stopped before it is too late.

Here are some numbers to think about; as of 2006 there are 220 million people in America of voting age, 135 million (61%) are registered to vote and in 2008 only 65 million people voted for Obama. He was elected by only a small percentage of people since 70 million registered voters did not vote for him and more importantly there are 158 million people of voting age in America that did not vote for him. He is “ruling” this country like he had 100% of the people support him and that clearly is not the case.

If you love America you must get involved. You must encourage those of us that are not involved to get out there and get involved. We are the majority and we are being “ruled” by the minority and this is not acceptable. We have no choice but to get involved and get vocal and stop this “take over” of the American culture by people that do not care if America becomes a second class country.

Remember, April 15 is “Tea Party” day so find a “Tea Party” attend and voice your opinion … get involved and stop this Anti-American movement that we are seeing in our Government.

I have to admit it…. I’m getting frightened! I don’t know if these fools in Washington are knowingly destroying our country or is it because they are as stupid as they are acting. I have a hard time believing that our elected officials are that stupid but the only alternative is that they are willingly tearing America apart. Both are good reasons to be frightened.

As for Obama, I believe that he just does not have the skill or experience to do the job; it does not appear that he is in control of his administration or that he even has a clue in regards to governing. It’s still too much campaigning (the election is over) and now he has to govern and it’s not going well. As for the others, the radical left in Congress, I believe that there is such a deep hatred of America and what we stand for that they are enjoying the demise of our country. In both cases I believe that we have to STOP this Insanity and STOP it NOW!

I saw Obama on TV saying that he will take full responsibility for the mess we’re in… really nice gesture from him but unfortunately it really is his fault and he sits there like some grinning fool thinking that he is providing some sort of leadership and in reality he is the blame for the mess we’re in. I truly believe that if we did nothing, starting with the first bailout under President Bush, we would be in much better shape now. Instead we tripled down on the mistake and made it even worse then it was and it does not look like it’s going to stop anytime soon.

I stated in earlier columns that the cause of this “crisis” is the government, a government that wants to be all things to all people and it is simply impossible for that to happen. Americans have to realize that if you do not take care of yourself you are “screwed”… screwed because the government does not have the capacity to do anything effective. No matter what the government has tried to do it has failed… and we want them to do more! They are talking about “taking over” companies now… what the hell has this bunch of politicians ever done to make you believe that they can run a business or do anything right. I run a business (very successfully) and from what I see I wouldn’t let these guys balance my checkbook. I challenge you to name one government program that actually works or to name a government program that has actually solved a problem... what you’ll come up with is a series of failures.

Let’s see….. social security – a miserable failure and is going bankrupt, welfare – another huge money pit that results in the government taking care of lazy but capable people, education – are you happy with the performance of your schools, we are graduating less and less students every year, the war – war is something that the government is supposed to manage well and, due to left wing idiots, we can’t even win the war. Enough said! And you want them to do more for you… like running our banks and auto industry! Yea… sure! Again, what have these fools ever done that makes you believe that they can do anything right!

Last week the Fed (the government) decided to create an additional $1 Trillion. When I say create I mean print, put into circulation. This means that there is $1T more in the economy in a very short period of time and this is not a good thing… how will this affect the economy? Well if you ever took an economics course (Econ 101 in college for example) you learned the law of supply and demand.

How this works is that if the amount of product stays the same and the amount of money available to buy products goes up (by $1T) the cost of the product will increase … this means INFLATION… inflation is the killer of economic growth. The supply (product) stays constant and the demand increases (by $1T) so the result is that everything (product) is now worth more money since there is more money available for the fixed amount of product.

This will destroy any improvement in our economy, we may see a spurt of growth initially due to the higher demand but it ends up where there is more money then product and the result is inflation! This is a formula for failure and the fool is on 60 Minutes grinning and laughing about it. While I watched him laugh I couldn’t help but cry out of concern for our country!

We all saw the uproar over the bonuses for AIG… yea this terrible and everybody (especially the democrats) is outraged. Unfortunately for them they were the ones who allowed this to happen. I heard Chris Dodd openly deny any knowledge of this and a few days later we learned that the amendment allowing the bonuses was called the Dodd amendment. This is criminal, how does this guy not step down…  oh he is an elite liberal and we’re not supposed to concerned that he is an incompetent liar since he “cares” so much about us. He should be run out of office and spat upon in public. This person (I cannot call him a man) is a disgrace to our country but he’ll probably be reelected.

Unfortunately as we are all focused on the $4B that was approved by the democrat controlled congress and the president for the AIG bonuses; we don’t bother to notice the $40B, that was approved by the same group, which AIG sent out of the country. AIG did this with the full knowledge of the congress and we don’t seem to care about that. We are too focused on getting our money back form those “thieves” at AIG, money that was approved to be given to them to fulfill a contract they had.

So the House of Representatives passed a bill to tax, at 90%, these bonuses to punish people for the mistake that congress made, this is extremely dangerous. To allow idiots like Charley Schumer decide who gets taxed at what rate…. Where are we? … in China? … This is not America! Who’s next… maybe you or most likely me… I’m waiting for the “special” tax on outspoken engineers that call the democrats’ idiots…

Don’t think this is funny; they are trying to pass a bill that will give them that exact power. The power to determine just how much money you “should” have? POWER: it is the root of evil especially in the hands of people that claim to be doing it in your best interest, no thanks I’ll take care of myself!

I don’t trust those SOBs, it’s that simple, they have done nothing to gain my trust and in fact what they have done, the dishonesty and outright lying, has caused me to loose my trust in the government. I trust myself, God and the American people, the things that made America great, this is the fuel that runs America. 

So, we have an economic situation that is getting worse by the day, we have congress brow beating the CEO of AIG over an issue that they and the president knew (or should have known) about because they approved the bonuses to be given out. We have a president that told all of us a number of times that he would go through the budgets and bills “line by line” and then he said (on Leno the other night) that he was surprised to hear about the bonuses. If he in fact went through the budgets “line by line” he should have seen the problems and clearly he did not so he is either incompetent or a liar… you pick but neither is good. How this guy is able to look America in the eye is amazing... maybe this is why he is grinning like a fool!  

On top of all of this the president is kissing the asses of the Iranians and they are basically spitting in our faces by announcing that they will bring their nuclear program on line sooner then expected and telling the world that they can launch a missile with inter–continental capability. The North Koreans have launched similar missiles; China has announced a 14% increase in their military expenditures. Hugo Chavez in Venezuela called Obama “ignorant” and the Chinese are lecturing us how to run our country! China and Russia are now calling for the dollar to be replaced with an international currency!

It’s getting real serious now! All the while we are going to decrease our military budget (in order to give away more money to people that don’t need it and provide a bailout to any liberal cause that asks) and we are no longer allowed to call the terrorists what they are…. terrorists! This make me “feel” so much better… I don’t know about you but I won’t be flying anywhere soon…  

Like I said in the beginning … I admit it I’m frightened! In reality I don’t have a good feeling about all of this… the facts are the facts and based on what I have seen so far I have absolutely no faith or trust that these bunch of fools, that aren’t smart enough to pay their taxes, will know what to do if there is a “dirty” bomb or 9/11 type incident! It scares the daylights out of me… what is he going to do… apologize for putting our buildings where they wanted to fly the planes!  

What is going on and why are we allowing this to happen. It is time for the adults to stand up and take charge… We must put a stop to this and soon! Before America is a second class country. We don’t have much time!

It’s time we call it like it is! Confront the fools that support this disaster and call them on it! Look them in the eye and ask them “are you really OK with all of this?” Tell them that you believe that this foolish and say it loudly. Let them try and explain to you how it is a good thing to quadruple the deficit and have the government basically take over the economy… let them explain it to you and listen to them carefully … then hold them accountable for everything they say, confront them on the results and remember all of this on election day!

Unfortunately there is not a shred of evidence or experience to support what is going on.  In every case where the openly throwing of money and socializing of business was tried it has failed miserably. If this “works”…. and the people allow this to happen… welcome to the United Socialist Republic of America. I’ll admit I was wrong and I will humbly shut my mouth for the rest of time… let the government take care of me and I’ll pray for our future.

We need to get vocal and involved. It is our country and these people are trying to destroy it. Get involved, write letters to the editor and say that this is enough, it has to stop! Go and join a “tea party” and stand together as a group and let the government know that this must stop. Call, email your congressman and tell them that you will not vote for them if they support this insanity. We need to get out there and get vocal. Put a bumper sticker on your car and don’t be afraid of what the liberals think! 

Remember at the core of a liberal is a coward! A coward that cannot defend his position, because it is impossible to defend.  Let your family and friends know that you think that we are going in the wrong direction and again, look for a “tea party” and get involved. Remember April 15th is the “tea party” day so go out and be heard. This is still America and if we do not fight for it we will loose it.

Remember, this is still the greatest country on earth and we must defend it from those that want to destroy it. This threat comes both from within (liberals) and from abroad (the terrorists or what ever we’re supposed to call them now) so it is our duty as American’s to defend our country! I will not go quietly!

I saw something that really amazed me yesterday… I saw our “president” on TV saying that he will reduce the deficit in two years and I saw people cheering him for saying this… how stupid do you have to be to listen to this and believe any of it. This guy just put our country into more debt than the country has even seen, tripled the deficit overnight by spending trillions of dollars on pork barrel projects and the next day he’s “going to reduce the deficit”. What a “joke”… This is Liberal “double speak” in spades!

On top of this outrageous statement I also heard him say…. “I don’t really watch the day to day gyrations of the stock market” (another gem of wisdom from the one term Senator that never accomplished anything of merit)… we “Mr. President” do watch the stock market on a daily basis and what you are seeing is not a “gyration” it is a “freefall”…. In case you are not intelligent enough to understand the difference allow me to explain….

A gyration means “to revolve around a center point” meaning that the market will go up and down around the same point…. A “freefall” is the market dropping like a rock, like what has happened since you were elected…. The market fell over 3000 points (almost 40%) since the magic day in November when you came to save all of us from ourselves.

This means that all of us have a lot less money then we had when this “fool” was elected. It means that all of the hard work you did to save for your and your children’s future is worth about half of what it was a few months ago. Every time this guy opens his mouth with another plan to save us we loose more and more money. It has to stop so please Obama .. please “shut up” I can’t afford any more of your help!

So what exactly is he trying to save…. He has plans to give money to people that did not take the time to read (or were too stupid to read) the loan agreements they signed (just like the congress that didn’t read the “stimulus” bill before they signed it).

We have “tax cuts” for people that don’t pay taxes, we have more and more welfare programs being put into place, we have money being given to the states because they don’t know how to manage their responsibilities, more money for schools that can’t educate our children and more and more money for things like Acorn (a group of “community organizers”) and other pet Liberal projects.

This brings to mind the campaign promises from Obama stating that he will eliminate earmarks and now we have a budget the includes about 9000 different earmarks… it’s yet another lie by the fool in Washington… when will we actually start to watch what is being done and compare this to what we are being told.

Back to where I was….. the biggest problem I have with all of this spending is that I am one of those “rich people” (not really that rich but make a good salary and have a few bucks in the bank) that to have to pay for all of this. Before you start the chant that I have to “pay my fair share” I want you to know that for me (and most other American’s) I was not born “rich” (just the opposite) I earned every penny of what I have and I worked hard for it.

Now I get to bail out those in American that did not have the drive or initiative to accomplish what I have. I am being demonized and punished because I worked my way through college while working a full time job, took a school loan (paid back every dime with interest) and when I graduated I got a good job, because I was near the top of my class since I worked hard at my studies and took it very seriously (remember I was paying for it myself).

Once I got the good job I continued to educate myself, I went to night school for 6 years while raising a family. I am still educating myself (at 54 I’m studying for another degree now) I never over extended myself financially. We purchased our first home when I was 24 because we saved enough money for a down payment. I did not buy a “new car” until I was about 30 since it was a better value to buy used. I don’t own a big boat or a huge TV. When I went for a mortgage I took the time and actually read the contract and fully understood that I was committing myself to something that was serious, something that could cause financial ruin if I was not careful with how I managed it. I never missed a payment (even during the most difficult times).

This is called hard work, accountability and commitment to your responsibilities.  Something that is no longer necessary in America. If you overextend yourself by leveraging every bit of equity in your home to buy a lot of stuff you don’t need, don’t worry the mighty Obama will bail you out. If you never took the time to upgrade your skills and you lost your job don’t worry the mighty Obama will bail you out, if you didn’t “bother” to read the mortgage contract you signed and you are now hit with a high interest rate, don’t worry the mighty Obama will bail you out….

The only problem with all of this is that the mighty Obama will bail them out with our (your’s and my) money, the money we worked our whole lives to earn and save and now because this idiot thinks he can save the world by dumping money on it our savings are worth about half of what it was less then a year ago. We will be taxed at a higher and higher level to “bailout” all of those that didn’t “bother” to work hard, study, educate and save… we get to bail out those that borrowed every available cent against their house in the hope (gambling) that the value keeps increasing.

Well their “gamble” fell through and they have no accountability for their decisions and the mighty Obama will bail them out with our money. It’s like going to the casino (I have never really gambled but I know the process) and betting $1000, the last $1000 you have, on blackjack and you get dealt a 17 and loose it…. You go and cry to the casino manager about loosing your last dollar and let’s see if he gives you your money back….. don’t think so!!! Why…. You made a choice and since you’re an adult you are held accountable for your decision no matter how bad that decision was.

Compare that to America today … you make a bad decision (for what ever reason) and all you have to do is cry like a child and your “daddy”, the mighty Obama, will come in and save you. If you got kids and you parent this way you’re in for a long difficult time with your children. I think every parent knows (perhaps not) that you must teach accountability and responsibility to your children… I guess my analogy is not correct since we have a bunch of adults crying like children wanting their “daddy” (the Government) to fix their mistakes. This is not responsibility and this is not accountability it is a foolish attempt to satisfy a crying child that does not know the meaning of responsibility and accountability. It’s time they learn and deal with the consequences of their actions (or inactions).

I fully know that there are people out there that are struggling for reasons beyond their control… however; I believe that this is by no means the majority of those that are expecting help. It is unfortunate but there are lessons to be learned by going through difficult times. I owned a business in the 90’s that, due to partnership issues, I had to take bankrupt…. It was a difficult time for me and my family but I did not expect the government to bail me out. I took a risk and due to circumstances beyond my control I lost my substantial investment. The way we dealt with this was to go back to the drawing board and start over. I got a job and worked to rebuild our finances. We did not cry and beg the government to “fix it”. I took responsibility for my decision and I was accountable for the decision I made. It’s been over 10 years since that happened and I learned a great lesson from the experience. I recovered (now rich enough to have to pay for the stimulus) and I am a much better business man for it. Based on what I know today, I would not change that experience, it was too valuable of a lesson.

I recovered and so will you… but looking to your “daddy” (the government) to bail you out is not the lesson you need to learn. You need to learn that you are responsible and accountable for your decisions and once you get this drilled into your head, then you will be ready to be successful. Success does not come from the government or the mighty Obama, success comes from within and once you understand that you will be successful.

So, don’t rely on the government for your future, don’t rely on any one person (the mighty Obama for example) to take care of you…. You and only you are responsible for your situation and the sooner you learn this the sooner you will be successful.

Worship God not government      

I often wonder how someone can believe such garbage when it comes to the stimulus package. Its so damm obvious to me that pouring money on a situation does not work. So why do so many people believe Obama when he proposes to do just that to fix the problem?

Is it because I am too smart or is it because the liberals are too stupid? I can’t really speak for them so I’ll leave the analysis of liberal thought (oxymoron) alone and focus on the way I see it.

For those that really think that the stimulus bill will actually stimulate the economy, you think that based on what? Wherever this has been tried it failed.. examples of Argentine in the 30’s, the US in the late 30’s coming out of the depression, Europe in the 70’s and 80’s, and Japan in the 90’s. In all of those situations the government poured money on the problem either by literally pouring money on it or by nationalization of banks and industry and in all of those cases the money or nationalization did not work. In fact made matters worse. The condition of Europe and Japan is much worse that it is here in America and this proves that this type of “stimulus” does not work. However, as I mentioned in previous columns the old fashion “Tax Break” does work and has worked every time it was used. 

I guess I’m too smart to simply believe what I'm told… I guess I need to see some data or facts as to the effectiveness of doing something so I looked into it and that’s why I think that this will not work. So, I’m too smart to be a liberal, because I actually do a bit of research and not just listen to what I’m being told.  

Last week the mighty Obama gave away $800B for this spending program, tripled the deficit and called it a stimulus plan even though there was no stimulus in it and this week he is saying that he will cut the deficit in half in two years…. Well he could have cut the deficit by not spending $800B on a bunch of pork barrel projects! I guess that I’m too smart to be a liberal! Where does he think the money is going to come from? Oh he’s a liberal (was the most liberal guy in the Senate) so these things don’t really matter to him, these are just the details, small details like “where's the money going to come from” don’t matter as long as we all “feel” better.

Obama said that we would have at least 48 hours to review the stimulus plan before it was voted on and this did not happen … he lied to the American people and we were cut out of the process, the very process he promised the American people would be part of. This does not seem to bother the liberals but it certainly bothers me as I believe that honesty is critical to leadership (and he fails miserably on both fronts). Again, I’m too smart to be a liberal. Maybe it was that he would hear that we don't like this and this shows that Obama really does not care what we think.... he's a liberal and he knows what's good for us.  

Obama said that there will be a tax cut for all of us, except for those “horrible” rich people (you know those people that own the businesses that employ us… yea those rich people). Well we got the tax cut, what is it $13 a week. The liberals are all excited about this because he “kept his promise”…. Well he could take the $13 and shove it where the sun don’t shine. How stupid does he think we are…. Again, I’m too smart to be a liberal.

Obama promised an ethical government and this is an absolute disgrace, how many of his nominations were rejected or had to step down for a variety of reasons mostly tax issues. The Secretary of the Treasury, the guy who runs the IRS, didn't pay his taxes until he was nominated for the position. This is ethical? Again, I’m too smart (and ethical) to be a liberal.

Then we have the “fiscal responsibility summit” …. Lets see, within the first month of the administration he tripled the deficit, poured an additional $800B into a bunch of pork spending projects,  “gave” us a $13 a week tax cut and called for reducing the deficit after he tripled it and he is heading up an “fiscal responsibility summit”… this must be a joke.. Oh no it isn’t …. I’m too smart to be a liberal.

The current economic crisis, the one caused by the government driving the banks to provide mortgages to people that cannot afford to pay them back all the while the Democrats in Congress (Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, the heads of the banking committee) insisted that all was well as late as 2006, is now being “fixed” by the same people! This makes sense doesn’t it?  Or is it me, maybe I’m too smart to be a liberal.

The bottom line is that if you actually believe what you are being told by the Obama administration or the big media that will say anything to make him look good, you are simply a fool. It just don’t add up.. it’s like when he said that “there is not one earmark in this stimulus bill” while it was absolutely filled with pork barrel spending is double speak.

He must have redefined the meaning of “earmark” in his head that morning and then he was able to say what he said. This is right out of Orwell’s 1984. He is saying the exact opposite of the truth and that is called a “lie” …  no matter how you cut it, it’s a lie. It is not honest and he gets away with it because the people that support him (and there are less and less daily) are simply that stupid and just believe him because it makes them “feel” better I guess!

This will be the downfall of our country if we continue down this path; America was founded on the principles of self sufficiency and rugged individualism and to be either you have to be intelligent and hard working. If you are neither you will be dependent on someone to “take care of you” and if this is by choice it is because you are too stupid to take care of yourself. I'm too smart to be a liberal.

So lets look at this again, we tripled the deficit in a matter of weeks while we are told we need to reduce the deficit, we’re told that this is the most ethical administration we’ve had all the while they are having trouble finding one of them that actually paid their taxes, we are told that this is a “transparent” administration while the stimulus bill was signed blindly by congress (they admitted that they didn’t even read it)….. What am I missing? This just doesn’t add up… I guess, once again, I’m just too smart to be a liberal.

Please take some time and look at what you’re being told and compare that to what they are doing.. it’s not the same thing. To actually believe this foolishness you have to be either too stupid to understand the facts or not wiling to look at it with an open mind. I'm too smart to be a liberal and so are you!!!!

Worship GOD not Government 

 

 

 

We are hearing lately from our government the frightening word “fairness” and how our media is not “fair”. This concern has driven our elected officials to once again attempt to protect us for ourselves by establishing the “fairness doctrine”. This action is an attempt to quite talk radio and all of “its hate”.

The real reason that the liberals are attempting to stop talk radio is simple… it is because they cannot win the argument on an intellectual basis or on principle so if they cannot beat them they will attempt silence them (like the Soviets and Nazi’s did). This is another tenant of socialism; silence all of those that do not agree. Unfortunately for them we still have the Bill of Rights, you know the old First Amendment … Freedom of Speech.

So this appears to be an attempt to change the Constitution for the good of the country, or really for the good of the Democrat party. This is based on the fantasy that the mainstream media is “neutral” and the likes of Rush, Hannity etc.. are far right and therefore are dangerous. You can only believe this is you are so stupid that you actually believe that NBC News has no opinion, no bias…. Again, I am not stupid, I see and hear what they are saying and it seems to me that these so called “right wing” radicals are providing the balance that they are actually talking about.

The truth is that those on the left are simply cowards and are not able to counter the arguments made on the right, the left is not smart enough to actually win the argument.

Here is my suggestion, one that will put the left versus right argument to rest once and for all. I say that they get the best, I mean the absolute best they have on the left and sit them down across the table from Rush or Sean and have it out. No moderators no pre-submitted questions just the right wing radical versus the best liberal mind they have.

We put this on TV, prime time, and let them spend an hour and debate their positions on a variety of topics and let America decide. We could vote like they do on American Idle and see who wins the argument. I’ll take this bet any day for any amount of money. If those fools on the left were so sure that they were right and that they are so smart why don’t they do this. The best way to “shut up” talk radio is to make fools of them, discredit them and show America that talk radio is nothing more then a bunch of hatred like they claim it is.

Unfortunately for the left they would be destroyed and this debate would show how ignorant they really are and America would see their true motives and intentions. This is similar to the arguments throughout the campaign when the Democrats refused to appear on FOX News because it was bias… the truth is that the Democrats are cowards and cannot use their clichés and get away with it on FOX. If I were running for office (and may do so in the future) I would go anywhere and debate with anyone because I have conviction for what I believe and my actions and accomplishments will support my convictions. The left is too shallow to do this. Instead they hide behind some false idea that we are biased and therefore they cannot appear on a truly fair media outlet.

So again, I call for the best Liberal mind out there (even the mighty Obama since he seems to be obsessed with Rush and Sean) to sit down across the table from one of our Conservative minds and have a debate. Again, with no moderator and no preplanned questions, just 2 guys having a conversation and let’s see who wins the argument.

My feeling is that this will not be “fair” since the left would have to actually explain their position and, God forbid, actually be challenged (how dare we challenge “them”).

This will close once and for all who has the best intentions for America. So, all of you liberals out there why don’t you have to guts to do this… perhaps in your heart of hearts you really know that you cannot win the argument. So what does it feel like to be a coward?

PS: Obama recently said that he does not support the fairness doctrine …. OK, but they’ll just call it something else.. how stupid does he think we are.. (Pretty stupid I guess).

All during the campaign we heard the magic words “Change” and “Hope”. These were the words that inspired all of those people that needed to “feel better” and rely on the government to make them “feel” one way or the other. When George Bush was President they all hated him and it was OK to feel anger and be depressed. However, now that we have Obama they all “feel” so much better and all is great with the world. What a childish mentality, an adolescent vision of life. The fact that Obama had done nothing does not seem to matter. They just “feel” better now, without any basis, this is all that seems to matter to them, to feel better. 

It frightens me that these people claim to be educated but yet they act like infatuated little girls fawning over the latest teen rock star. On that magic day last week, you know the day, the day the almighty Obama rose above the crowd to save all of us from ourselves, yea that day, I heard one of the commentators on TV say (I believe it was Chris Mathews), and he actually said this…. “.. first there was Lincoln, then there was FDR and we had JFK and now…… we have Obama”, what are these people smokin’…  what the hell has Barak Obama every done, what has he ever accomplished that puts him in the category of these presidents. Come on now, lets see if even knows what he’s doing before we start building the monuments. (Perhaps it’s the fact that he is an African American, Oh... please see previous post…..)

This mentality from the left that “they are above any scrutiny” is absurd, if the media actually did their job and covered Obama and the Democrats the way they cover the Republicans the uninformed fools that follow Obama like he’s some sort of deity may see a different picture. The media, what a joke, what a disgrace!

Could you imagine if Governor Blogo in Illinois was a Republican or if that fool Al Franken, the guy trying to steal the senate seat in Minnesota, was a Republican the coverage would be totally different. What disturbs me about this is how gullible and ignorant the 53% of the people that voted are. It concerns me that there are so many people in the country that want the government to take care of them and what they have to give up to be taken care of does not matter to them. I remember seeing an exit poll the day of the election and it was frightening: 67% of the people polled said that the government should do more for them and only like 32% of the people actually knew what Socialism was!!!

Hold on tight, it looks like they won! The liberals got us, we are finally “sensitive” enough to have actually forgotten what it is to be an American. I remember reading a quote from good old Joe Stalin (you know the guy in the 30’s and 40’s who created the communist government in Russia), he said “give me your 4 year olds and in a generation I’ll have the country”, well we took GOD out of the schools about 40 years ago and we started all of this “multi-cultural” education crap about 25 years ago and now we have a society that does not have a clue what America is all about.

This country is great because of the American Culture, a culture of rugged individualism and self sufficiency. This country is NOT great because we have a great government! It is (or fast becoming was) great because of the people that came here to make up this country. I was taught by my father how fortunate we are to live in America because we are “free” to pursue our dreams. We are American’s first! This is not the country that Obama sees. His vision for America is one where the government takes care of the people, a country where the people depend on the government for daily life. He said a week or so ago “it’s only government that can get us out of this crisis”. This is a very frightening statement and I think he actually believes it. By looking to government to solve your problems and to make you “feel” good is giving up your soul, by becoming dependent by choice you will have to rely on government to be you care taker, you will be at their mercy not at your will.

I don’t know about you but I have done OK on my own and I have taken good care of my family. I do not need nor do I want the government to do anything for me that I can do for myself. This is the definition of rugged individualism and self sufficiency. I do not need the likes of Clinton, Pelosi, Reed or Obama to make sure that I’m Ok, I do not want their hand out’s I want them to get the hell out of my way.  

Unfortunately it looks like we’re going in the other direction and it’s not good for America. We are fast headed to be like our failing friends across the pond, the Europeans. Let’s take a quick look over there, we see a totally failing society, the countries of Iceland, Belgium, and I thing the Netherlands, are literally bankrupt. I believe their money is worthless. Yea.. lets all be like them. Or like the British or the French, you really want their cultural issues and their economies make ours look like we’re in a boom time. (Quick note: I lived and worked in Europe for 3 years in the 90’s).

If we are to succeed we need to get the government out of the way, we need to keep a lot more of our own money, you know the money we earn every week, you know “our money” we need to keep more of it and rebuild our local economies one town, one area at a time. This “send it all to Washington” mentality, it’s called central planning in a socialist society, is inefficient and it just does not work. Go look and see if you can find a socialist society that is thriving. Let’s see… Cuba, yea, lets be like them!

Again, look at Europe, these are semi-socialist countries. The majority of the population is dependent on the government that is supported by the minority of the population. This is a formula for a spiral downward. There always ends up being less and less people to support the more and more that are becoming dependent. You cannot keep simply giving money away; if you do it will all eventually collapse… like it is doing right now.

This “crisis” was not caused by greedy wall street brokers (that didn’t help but it was not the cause), the cause of this “crisis” is the government, the government that is trying to be all things to all people and is giving away more money then it has. Remember, they get the money from us (taxes) and we don’t have any more to give.

To think that by the government borrowing or printing a trillion dollars and giving it away to build windmills or give “tax breaks” to people that don’t pay taxes, will actually help the situation is foolish. Where is the money going to come from? Remember the tax cut for people that make under $250k (and we’ll soak those rich people), well the line is down to $75k (it will go lower) and we, us rich people, get to pay more taxes, we get to pay of all of the stimulus. What if you already got a job, you don’t need the stimulus but you still get to pay for it anyway... (I’m “feeling” soooo much better now). What you need to remember is the less money you have in your pocket the less money you’re going to spend in the town where you live and work, the less money you’ll have to support your local economy.

Instead, Washington will determine to whom they will give your money…. Again, I “feel” soooo much better….  Don’t you “feel” better knowing that your hard earned money will go to Washington to be distributed (share the wealth.. remember that!) and they’ll give it to some “pork barrel” project in perhaps Alabama instead of you using your money to support your local contractor or your local business community.  

Anyway, I pray and hope that America survives Obama and I pray that there is “change”, a change from this mentality that somehow the government can solve all of our problems and “take care” of all of us. I truly “hope” that this one term senator from Illinois that has no real record of accomplishing anything of merit, figures out that he is not the savior. Hopefully he seeks guidance from those who know what they’re doing and perhaps he’ll put his ego aside and actually take their advice.

Hold on tight, especially to your wallet and watch what they do not what they say… there is a difference!!!

We are hearing that we will all “die” or the earth will explode (oh that’s global warming … sorry) if we don’t all agree to give away an additional $850B (that’s BILLION people). We already gave away $750B a few months ago and nobody knows where the hell that money went, I think it went to banks to buy new jets or to buy super bowl ads or something, but who really knows and it seems not to matter anyway.

Lets slow down here..... I suggest that we figure out where that $750B went first and then see if it actually helped the economy before we spend another $850B. This is absolutely crazy! We have a President saying that we “must do something now” and that this is “a crisis not seen since the great depression”.. and both of those statements are absolute “crap” (excuse my use of the expletive but there is no other way to describe it).

First, I need to see why it is so urgent? If a gigantic influx of money is needed to fix our economy then the $750B spent last October would have fixed the problem… right? We’ll let’s see if that made any difference…. Since we’re hearing that we need another $850B can we assume that the $750B didn’t work… if that’s the case why pour more money on it?

Here’s why, it is the only way liberals know how to deal with any problem (which is not really a solution) to pour money on it. We heard this about poverty, it’s about the money. Well we probably spent Trillions of dollars (yes people trillions – not billions) on the “War on Poverty” over the last 40 years and unless you can show me something I don't already know, it looks like we still got people in poverty…. Sensible people will determine that the solution is not related to money but if you are a liberal you will say that there was not enough money “invested” in poverty … again (and I’m sorry to say) that is also “crap”.

How about our school system, the liberals will say we need to “invest” more money in education. In my school district they get about $14,000 per student (according to their published budget) and they say they need more. We all know that the public school systems are not doing their jobs, we are graduating less and less students every year. We all know that many of those that graduate are not even able to read at an acceptable level and they think more money will solve the problem…. You really think so? I don’t.

It’s like giving your kid $100 to go shopping for school supplies and she comes home with nothing and says “I don’t know where the money went but I need more since I still need supplies”… a sensible parent will say “I gave you $100 and you wasted it so you’ll have to learn to do without or go out and get a job and buy your own supplies”… a liberal will give her another $200 this time and “hope” she finds some supplies and blame the Bush Administration for not providing a “program” to teach their child the importance of shopping wisely, it cannot be the child’s fault and they're too busy worrying about the environment to actually parent their children. What a way to teach responsibility. It’s the same thing with the government, there needs to be some accountability…. What a concept, to actually have to account for what you do or say!

As for the statement “a crisis not seen since the great depression”, again this is a good way to frighten those Americans that do not take the few minutes a day to follow what’s really going on by telling them that we’ll all “die” if we don’t do something right now, right at this moment. This is the way for the “socialist” to take control, it’s an old tactic, make the situation sound so bad and so desperate that the only way for all of us to survive is to have the “savior” ride in and “save us”. This is how Hitler came into power and how the communist took over in Russia and the old Eastern Block. This tactic is by no means new, scare the day lights out of the “common people” and they’ll accept anything in order to “be saved”.

Go back to the late 1970’s; when the peanut farmer was President (Jimmy Carter for those not old enough to remember the dire days of the Carter administration), we had mortgage interested rates at 15 – 18%, inflation rates of 10 – 12% and high unemployment, just as we do now but it was worse back then. So don’t say that today is the worst since the great depression, it is just a scare tactic and unfortunately it seems to be working.

The economic “Stimulus” is anything but a stimulus. The only thing stimulated by this package of “pork barrel” spending are the loins of the left wing liberal seeing the government get involved in every aspect of our lives. This excites the liberal since they do not have the guts to fend for themselves and since they would rather be dependent on the government they want you to be dependent as well… what’s the old saying, “misery loves company”.

I took a look at the “stimulus” package that was passed by the House of Representatives (remember it is dominated by Liberal Democrats) and here is some of what I saw:

-         $6B for high speed internet access for rural and underserved areas

o       Oh wow.. now farmers will be able to surf porn while tilling the fields

-         $250M in tax breaks for movie producers

o       So they can make movies about the “great” Obama administration

-         $4.5M for an “eco” park in Boynton Beach Florida

o       I feel so much better that the global warming in Boynton Beach will be reduced

-         $6B to weatherize modest income homes

o       I thought it was the responsibility of the homeowner to take care of their property … my home is weatherized is your’s? You could buy a lot of insulation for $6B… maybe enough to do a couple of houses.. 

-         $1.8M for tennis courts in Virginia Beach.

o       I’m feeling even more stimulation, must be a really nice court…..

-         $90B to give the states to pay for Medicaid

o       Bail out the states because they can’t afford the massive welfare programs they put in place

§         I don’t get Medicaid do you?

I could go on and on… this information is readily available, if I can find it anyone can. So go look and see where they are planning to spend $850B … it’s nothing more then a massive spending bill that will insert the government in every aspect of our lives and it has noting to do with stimulating of the economy.

It was said that with all of this bailout money we “may” create (or save) 3.3M jobs. Let’s do the math:

$750B + $850B = $1.6T total bailout.

$1.6T / 3.3M Jobs = $484,000

So we will spend about a half of million dollars to create (or save) one job, yea that makes sense! Are you kidding’ me.. come on lets get serious here. This is proof that what we have here is an administration that clearly does not know what they are doing. They are lost in the challenge of actually governing. It easy to spout all types of campaign promises but now they have to actually govern and it’s not going well.

We have a call for action, in liberal terms that means “spend money” and to do it as quickly as possible. This decision will have ramifications for generations and must not be taken lightly. Do you want to saddle your grandchildren with budget deficits for ever, in order for Obama to “look like” he is doing something even though it will not achieve what he says it will? Of course not and tell them so! How come when a Republican is President deficits are bad and now when a Democrat is President all of a sudden deficits are good? It does not add up!

I call on everyone in America, because these decisions will affect everyone, to take a bit of time and learn a little about what you’re being told. It just doesn’t add up and we need to have it challenged. Obama has accused the Republicans of “playing politics” with the future of America and he is the one actually doing it. He proposes a spending bill, the largest in history, that has nothing in it that will actually stimulate the economy and he is accusing the other side of “politics”. It is not “politics” if we are challenging them to “account” for what they say or to justify their point. They are not above scrutiny; their actions cause this level of scrutiny. These people clearly do not know what in hell they are doing.

If you really want to stimulate the economy there is only one thing that needs to be done. This is a proven method and has worked many times in the past. It is how we recovered form the disaster called the Carter Administration; we gave the people more of the money they earn to spend in their own local communities.

It called “TAX CUT”, by giving the wage earner more of his own money to spend or save (by him paying less to the government) is the only way to recover form a situation like we are in today. It’s not giving tax rebates to those that don’t pay taxes, it’s not “investing” even more money in the failing school system, it’s not building “eco” parks, its not giving tax breaks to movie producers, it’s about giving the everyday working guy (like me and you) more of our own money to spend right where we live. This will work because it has in the past and it just makes “common” sense.

The problem is that for the Liberal Democrat Government “giving” you more of your own money does not allow them to decide how to spend it. It all about the power and the control. You see the Liberal Socialists in the Government think that you are not smart enough to decide for yourself and they need to do it for you… again it’s because they think you’re too stupid. However for the 53% of the people that actually voted in November they may be right.  

Again, get the government out of our lives and let us make our own decisions as to where we spend our money, what businesses we want to support, buy the kind of cars we want to buy and make our own local decisions as to how we educate our children. We are smart enough to take care of ourselves, remember it’s only a crisis that needs to have $850B poured on it because they say it is. Just because they believe it does not make it true (and I don't think that they actually believe it either). America is still the strongest nation in the world and we will recover from this "crisis" but only if the government does not try to fix it. Trust the American people and we'll do what is right!
